Isolated Row

Hold CrossToner by the long handles, with short handles facing up, one long handle tucked into your right chest/shoulder, and other long handle out away from body. Simply pull the outer long handle towards you in a rowing motion, making sure to pull your elbow back as far as you can. Hold for one second, and slowly release. 

Perform 8-12 reps, then repeat for left side.

An alternate way to hold CrossToner for an isolated row would be upside down with long handle resting against your upper leg and short handles facing the floor.

Seated Row

Take a seated position in an office or kitchen-type chair (or on floor) – Hold CrossToner with long handles pointing up and center, concave section of the arm resting against a chair seat and inside long handle resting against your abs. Grasp the outer long handle and pull in a rowing motion.

Hold for one second, and slowly release. 

Perform 8-12 reps, then repeat for left side.

Works with a chair seat that fits in the concave section of the CrossToner arm.

Two Handed Seated Row

Hold CrossToner by the long handles, with short handles facing up, one long handle tucked into your right chest/shoulder, and other long handle out away from body.
