Returning Your Crosstoner Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Crosstoner Strength Training Device, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the date your product is delivered. Return shipping fees apply, and original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
This Return Policy does not cover normal wear and tear, including normal wear of resistance bands, or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or accidents. Such issues may instead be subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. Crosstoner does not offer refunds for original shipping or delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact Crosstoner Support within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Returned products must include all original components, including the device, resistance bands, pins, and any included accessories. Products returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or showing signs of misuse or abuse may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee at Crosstoner’s sole discretion.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product for the refund to be processed. Crosstoner is not responsible for bank processing delays or fees beyond our control, nor for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit without proof of tracking.

Returning Crosstoner Accessories
The following terms apply to Crosstoner accessories purchased outside of any promotional bundle:
- Accessories purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- Accessories must be unused, unmodified, and returned with original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- Proof of purchase must accompany all accessory returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
All accessory returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and shipped using a trackable method. Crosstoner is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
